DO NOT CALL LIST IN INDIA FOR TELEMARKETERS

India's telecom regulator Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) unveiled the "Telecom Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations 2007", putting in place a mechanism to curb unwanted telemarketing calls. The new directive allows subscribers to list their landline and mobile numbers under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) database and opt out of receiving any Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC), including SMS (short messaging service).

No Unsolicited Calls to Mobile Phones in India

The Delhi High Court restrained telemarketers from making unsolicited calls to mobile phone users, irrespective of the fact whether or not they are registered with the DND facility.

60 lakh register Nearly 60 lakh mobile subscribers have enrolled with the National-Do-Not-Call (NDNC) registry within just 10 days of its launch to avoid getting unsolicited sales calls from telemarketers.

HEDGE FUNDS INVESTMENT IN STOCK MARKET

In October 2007, India's stock market regulator (SEBI) has tightened investment rules for unregistered foreigners by clamping down on issuance of indirect investment notes to stem inflows of anonymous money.

FIIs and their sub-accounts -- vehicles set up by registered FIIs to issue P-notes -- are no longer allowed to issue P-notes whose underlying asset is a derivative.
The regulator has also ordered to wind up the current derivatives-based Participatory Notes in 18 months from October 2007.

The move is aimed at alerting the overseas hedge funds that they should get themselves registered as FIIs before the sunset clause expires while continuing to invest.

ATTENTION EXPORTERS IN INDIA

India also added more sectors eligible for lower bank lending rates.

Exporters of goods will get exemption from tax on services rendered by ports, road transport and railway. Exporters already get refund of service tax paid by them on input services used for exports. The government collects 12 per cent service tax along with 3 per cent education cess on services.

The DTAA between India and Mexico will cover, in the case of India, income tax, including any surcharge thereon and in the case of Mexico, the federal income tax.

The DTAA provides for taxation of dividend, interest, royalties and fees for technical services-both in the country of residence as well as the country of source. 2. Agasthiyar

5. Pulasthiyar

6. Poonaikannar

17. Theraiyar and

18. Kudhambai.

HUMAN BODY:
The functioning of the human body is governed by 96 specific faculties or thathuvams. The human body is conditioned by Thrithoshas (three humours) consisting of Vatha, Pittha and kapha (Wind, Bile and Phlegm). They rule over the human body like three monarchs. Vatha or wind resides in the fiery region, pittha or Bile in the solar region and kapha or phlegm in the lunar region.

These three regions are called three mandalas viz: Agnimandala, Suryamandala and Chandramandala. The Vatha pulse dwells in anus or the seat of excreta near rectum and intestines. The Pittha pulse is found in the seat of water embracing the liver in the Solar Plexus. The Kapha pulse is located in the semen in the cold lunar region, below the top of the head, embracing the pineal gland. When there is any imbalance in any of these three humours due to food, habit, impact and other environmental factors, the individual is indisposed.

BELIEVE: (Navabashana & Rasamani )
Navabashana, an idol of Palani Andavar, made by Saint Bogar at Palani, has the power to cure all ailments.

Rasamani from Mercury. That is mercury is made solid matter. By keeping Rasamani in the mouth with its power, one can go to a distant place within a short time.

Pulses :

In the human body there are ten kinds of pulses which have their own origins and functions and are controlled by Thrithoshas, Vatha, Pitha and Kapha.

Again these three pulses are contained in Vatha. That is why Vatha is considered king Pulse. If Pittha pulse fails to beat in any dangerous illness, the patient will die slowly. If Vatha Pulse stands up, medicines may cure. It is said that he who controls pulses, controls death.

Here I add a few words about the Raja Yoga (Psychic control). The natural age of a healthy man who breathes 15 times a minute is 120 years, according to Siddha Medical Science. When the breath comes out, it loses 1/3 of its force, and only 2/3 returns inside. Thus stock of the life force which has to lost for 120 years will be exhausted earlier and premature death will occur. In order to prevent this kind of wastage, Raja yoga is practised.

REDUCE WEIGHT TO AVOID FAT RELATED DISEASES

Omega-3

The multifaceted, long-lasting benefits of Omega-3 supplementation are already well known to scientists, nutritionists and consumers. Fish oil-derived Omega-3 products have already demonstrated amazing restorative and preventative powers in the areas of cardiovascular health, stroke reduction, joint pain, memory, and anti-aging. It now appears that Omega-3s may play yet another beneficial role in human health – that of promoting weight loss. Recent studies have indicated that Omega-3s may prompt an increased oxidation of fat. Life is a trusted Omega-3 supplement that is endorsed by renowned cardiac surgeons for its capacity to boost overall health, deter aging, and increase memory and overall vitality. It now appears that this supplement may also aid dieters not only by potentially oxidizing fat, but also by maintaining optimum energy levels and promoting nutritional balance. As most dieters know, it is particularly easy to encounter sluggishness, hunger pangs, and irritability while embarking on a low-calorie diet. This is generally due to the nutritional deficit that may result from dietary restrictions. This type of imbalance -- which is said to be a common reason for quitting a diet -- may be rectified through healthy supplementation with Omega-3s.

I took omega-3 for 60 days regularly one per day at the night. It really works! I can feel and evident that it has reduced the excess fat, Rejuvenates the body, Increases the body energy, Increases the body resistance, Metabolizes the fat without any side effects, Reduces cholesterol levels. It avoids health risk due to obesity.
Moreover it does not have any side effects.

For any clarifications, send your queries to my mail and expect a reply within two days.

Dhyanalinga Yogic Temple - distilled essence of yogic sciences

“Just sitting silently for a few minutes within the sphere of
Dhyanalinga is enough to make even those unaware of meditation experience
a state of deep meditativeness.”

- Sadhguru

Dhyana in the Sanskrit language, means meditation and linga means form.
Dhyanalinga is a powerful and unique energy form created from the distilled essence of yogic sciences and the
first of its kind to be completed in over 2,000 years. The Dhyanalinga Yogic Temple offers a meditative space
that does not ascribe to any particular faith or belief system nor requires any ritual, prayer, or worship. It offers
a rare and potent opportunity beyond religious divide for mankind to grow together into a state of peace,
prosperity and well being.

Within its space, the vibrational energies allow one to experience a deep state of peace and silence, revealing the
essential nature of life.

The Sarva Dharma Sthamba, located at the front entrance, functions as an icon of singularity, with the
sculptural reliefs and symbols of Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Jainism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism,
Buddhism, and Shinto inscribed as a universal welcome.

The Dhyanalinga offers a unique set of activities throughout the year aimed at creating and promoting
universal values and religious harmony. Daily activities include non-lyrical chants, offered by a talented group
of singers, originating from various countries and cultures. These chants allow one to become more receptive to
the meditative quality of the space.

The focal point of Isha Yoga Center, the Dhyanalinga Yogic Temple is rapidly gaining in its global reputation as
being one of the most sought out places for meditation.
